standard returns & devoluciones estándares
If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it’s not what you expected, we accept returns within 21 days of delivery. The process you must follow is laid out below:
- Email us at shop@bambolango.com using the subject: “Standard return + your order reference number”. In the body of the email, please tell us why you are returning your purchase.
- Please include a note stating your order reference number, full name, address and telephone number with the items to be returned.
- Send us your unopened/unused returns, in perfect condition and securely wrapped. We’ll send you a label for your package upon receipt of your email. You can use any postal service, but we recommend using one that offers registered/certified delivery and insurance.*
* You remain responsible for the products you are returning until bambolango has received them. We therefore recommend you maintain proof of postage in case the products are lost or not delivered.
We will be happy to refund your money once we have received and processed the products you are returning. All returns must be in perfect condition in order for a refund to be issued. If you wish to recover the products you send back to us that do not qualify for a refund, you are able to do so by paying for us to ship them back to you.
Refunds can take up to 21 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to place your order. For standard returns we do not refund the cost of postage and packaging.

We take great care to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if your purchase is somehow faulty, damaged or incorrect, you can return all of our products within a month from the date of receipt.

- Email us at shop@bambolango.com using the subject: “Faulty/incorrect product + your order reference number”. In the body of the email, please tell us why you are returning your purchase and attach a copy of your invoice for shipping the items back to bambolango.

- Send us your returns, securely wrapped. We’ll send you a label for your package upon receipt of your email. You can use any postal service, but we recommend using one that offers registered/certified delivery and insurance.*

At present we are unable to offer exchanges of the products purchased.
guarantees & garantías
We offer a one year guarantee on our products, covering defective parts. from the date you receive them. You must retain all the information and receipts related to the purchase in case you should need to return the items at a later date.
We will not process refunds of products under guarantee that have been used improperly.
